Refund policy
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase using the support details in your purchase receipt. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. You do not need to prove that a script changed your teenager’s behavior.
The policy applies to each purchase transaction. If First Line and an order bump are paid together as one transaction, the refund covers that whole transaction, including the add-on. A separately paid optional product is a separate transaction. Tell support which order you want refunded. Processing and the time for funds to appear depend on the payment method and provider; no specific bank processing time is promised.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Keep your receipt. Never send complete card numbers or passwords in a refund request.
Privacy
This sales page does not ask you for personal details, use advertising pixels or send family conversation data to a server. The hosting provider may process standard connection and request information to serve the page and protect the service.
Purchase buttons take you to Cakto. Cakto handles checkout information and payment according to its own privacy terms. Review those terms before submitting data. Campaign tags already present in a page URL may be passed to checkout; names, email addresses and payment details are not added by this website.
The downloadable reader and agreement tools operate in your browser. If you use their local save feature, the entries remain in that browser’s storage. Avoid entering sensitive family information on a shared device. Clear saved entries or browser storage when finished.
First Line is intended for adults purchasing educational materials. It is not a service for collecting children’s information.
Terms of use
First Line provides suggested language and practical worksheets for everyday family communication. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice or a crisis-response service. No outcome, compliance or behavior change is guaranteed. Adapt the content to your family’s needs and circumstances.
A purchase gives the buyer permission to download, print and adapt the materials for personal household use. You may share them with caregivers participating in your household’s use. Do not resell, redistribute publicly or claim authorship of the materials. Optional products are sold separately; the core kit is complete on its own.
